This course is presented by Mr Phil Jevon.
Phil has worked at the Manor Hospital in Walsall for 34 years and has a background in coronary care nursing and resuscitation training. He works in medical education and clinically as the cardiology lead for cardiac stress testing. Phil has published over 20 books including Medical Emergencies in the Dental Practice (Wiley, Oxford) and has published over 150 articles. Phil has a particular interest in medical emergencies in dental practices. His posters Medical Emergencies in the Dental Practice, Resuscitation in the Dental Practice and Emergencies Drugs in the Dental Practice have been endorsed by the BDA and have been circulated throughout the UK with the BDJ.
