Before completing your order, please ensure you have read and agreed with these terms and conditions. Once a delegate has purchased a course from Guru258 Ltd, you will have deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Guru258 Ltd retains copyright of all material delivered on our courses. Materials must not be copied without express written permission from Guru258 Ltd.
2. The course fees for Guru258 Ltd courses are stated on our website and include VAT.
3. Non-attendance or cancellation less than 7 days prior to a live event will not be refunded. If you need to cancel the booking more than 7 days before the course for a full refund, please email us as soon as possible: This email address is being protected from spambots. 4. Guru258 Ltd is not responsible for any costs associated with attendance at our courses, including but not limited to travel, car parking, food etc.
5. If the course is cancelled by Guru258 Ltd for any reason, delegates will receive a full refund as a credit on their account. This credit can be used against another course organised by us. If a delegate requires a credit to their bank account, please contact us.
6. Please note that Guru258 Ltd will not be liable for any travel and accommodation costs or other out of pocket expenses that delegates may incur should a cancellation take place.
7. If the venue has not been confirmed, we will confirm it as soon as possible and let you know the details.

9. To comply with CPD requirements, you will be required to certify your attendance at the course for the entirety of the course. Registration will take place 15 minutes prior to the start time of the course. Late arrival/early departure may require a non-CPD accredited certificate of attendance to be provided after the event.
10. If the course is cancelled by Guru258 Ltd for any reason, every effort will be made to notify you at the earliest possible opportunity. To facilitate this, please ensure that you enter your full (preferably mobile) telephone number.
11. In the event that you are offered a late booking/cancellation, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out above.
12. Any personal data you provide to us, particularly at the time of the booking, will be handled in accordance with the latest UK data protection laws. Please note, notification of future CPD events may be emailed or posted to you. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know by email.
Data Protection and Retention Policy
We have a separate policy on how your personal data is handled (privacy policy) on our website.
The personal data you provide to us, including your CPD and PDP information and certificates, will be retained securely by us as long as you have an active account with guru258.
We will not share this data with anyone without your consent. However, live events may be sponsored by external bodies which can request a list of attendees and the practice they work at. Please notify us if you do not wish your information to be shared.
Should you wish to have your account closed and your data erased, please contact us. We will notify you of the timeframe for the data is to be erased and once deleted, we will confirm this to you by email. Your data will be not be recoverable. Hence it is your responsibility to save your information (e.g. CPD logs, PDP logs, certificates etc) before your account is closed. We will not have any liability for your data once it is removed.
